IT Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Manager to oversee Digital and Enterprise Security, User Access Management (UAM), and Audit & Assurance functions. This role will be responsible for implementing security policies, managing IT risks, and ensuring compliance with internal and external security standards."This position is open to Thai nationals only"Key Responsibilities:Manage User Access Management (UAM) to comply with security policies.Design, develop, and implement Service Management and Business Continuity Management processes.Conduct training sessions and workshops to transfer knowledge and improve client awareness of IT security practices.Identify and recommend tools and solutions to enhance service delivery and maintain business continuity.Ensure processes and tools are well-aligned and support opportunities for automation.Perform regular audits to ensure security processes are effectively implemented and operated.Assist clients in testing, maintaining, and improving processes, plans, and documentation.Qualifications & Skills:Strong understanding of IT Security and Service Management based on ITIL and ISO standards.Expertise in Business Continuity Management and Project Management.Experience in Change Management, User Access Control, and IT Security Operations.Ability to manage IT security operations and ensure compliance across all processes.Proficiency in IT security frameworks and risk management strategies.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.Effective communication skills for conducting training and workshops.
