IT-Senior Project Consultant

Axcelasia Roots Sdn Bhd, our GRC software solutions business unit, is currently sourcing for talents for the IT-Senior Project Consultant position.Job Responsibilities(A) Project Planning and ManagementDefine project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.Organize and lead project status and working meetings.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.Tracking milestones and timelines across various projects.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation e.g. Client’s Requirements Functional Specification Document (FSD) & Training Materials.Manage risks and issues that may impact the deliverables of a project. (B) Client Support ManagementManaging client expectations for project deliverables.Report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.To provide product training to Corporate End User.To attend the raised issue within Service Level Agreement (SLA).Establish strong information feedback on Client needs.QualificationsMust possess Bachelor’s Degree or in the midst of pursuing professional studies in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Technology / Project Management or its equivalent.At least 3 to 5 years working experience in related fields.Personal Skills/AttributesPleasant personality.Proactive and positive nature.Must possess management, good communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good command of both spoken and written English & Malay.Able to work independently and multi-task as well as a good team player.Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
