As our business grows, the number of exciting people initiatives grows with it, and we’re looking for a new colleague to partner with our team to bring these to life.In this exciting time of scaling our product and innovating the company with new tools, we are looking for an IT Service Engineer to join our Warsaw office team! The person in this role will provide technical assistance to our users and staff, with duties such as ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software tools, enhancing system performance, but also standardizing and innovating our IT infrastructure through interesting projects.What you’ll be doing:Independently executing IT support tasks and ticket resolutionManaging user accounts and groupsAdministering company-used tools (Slack, Zoom, Notion, etc.)Supporting VPN configuration and basic scripting for automationSetting up and supporting workplace IT (meeting rooms, printers, event setups)Participating in IT projects related to process improvement and standardizationTroubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems when necessaryBasic procurement of IT equipmentWhat we are looking for:Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and IT systems administrationFamiliarity with cloud environments, preferably GCPAbility to prioritize and resolve support requests independentlyKnowledge of automation workflows (e.g., PowerAutomate, Zapier)Familiarity with tool configurationExperience with OktaClear and proactive communication with team leads and engineeringFluency in EnglishBase in Warsaw, Poland as this position is hybridBonus points for:CompTIA A+ or similar certificationBasic Project Management courseAbout UsWe are a global technology company dedicated to building the future of entertainment and fan-centric experiences.With commercial markets in Brazil, Belgium, Poland, Romania, and Serbia, our company has evolved from a leading sports betting and gaming operator into a diversified product and tech organization, gathering more than 5,000 dedicated people across our teams.Shaping the future of playAt Super, we are creating a unique entertainment ecosystem engaging millions of customers worldwide.
