With a 200-year legacy and a shared passion for what’s next, this is the right place to build a fulfilling career.Location: Kraków, Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years oldBrown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Security Analyst to join our Information Security Risk, Compliance and Attestation team.The Senior Security Analyst is a key contributor in the Information Security Division; ensuring the overall security of BBH and client data/assets is maintained.The Senior Security Analyst is responsible for, but not limited to:the staging, proofing and administration of Certifications/Attestations certifying permissions for BBH internal users and external clients in timely and accurate mannerleveraging the industry leading platform in Identity Access Management (SailPoint) to perform and drive enhancementsleading and communicating with peers, the Global Division and ISM’s client base – establishing collaborative relationshipsadding value, learning and teaching on a daily basis assisting the team lead with correct organizational placement; defining roles & responsibilitiesbeing a supportive, collaborative team member; assisting the Division; seeing challenges as opportunities for people, process and productSome Of Your Key Responsibilities IncludeSecurity AdministrationAdminister Attestations in line with security standardsAdhere to the best practice of “Least Privileged Access”Liaise with line of business to understand business purpose of applications/rolesAdhere to entitlement and role protocols, in support of access control, quality assurance and compliance protocolsReview requests for new application/role onboarding to Certification/Attestation Program and evaluate impact to process flowImplement and modify user entitlements, as it relates to the rollout of new applications/rolesGenerate and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of entitlement reportsStore, evidence and maintain records in support of internal and external auditsEducation of the user community on the importance of security best practice adherenceParticipate in special projects, as needed, inclusive of advancing SailPoint to achieve enhanced Attestation FlowsDriving global collaboration across all teamsQualifications Include3-5+ years of relevant work experience a plusExperience in the financial services industry a plusKnowledge of security administration technology, tools, platforms and data retrieval techniques a plusKnowledge of products of Identity Management products, Hyperion, Digital Certs and ACL Management a plusAbility to use standard desktop tools effectively, including Microsoft OfficeAbility to handle multiple priorities, while meeting deadlinesStrong organizational, written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills.
