Become part of our team of more than 19.000 employees worldwide and shape your future at HUGO BOSS!We are looking for an inspiring and driven IT Service Management Specialist who is passionate about shaping the future of IT Service Management and Operations in a dynamic, international environment at HUGO BOSS İzmir factory.What you can expect:Take ownership of the implementation, configuration, and operation of various ServiceNow modules and services.Design, implement, and optimize IT services and processes in alignment with ITIL and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) best practices, ensuring seamless integration into the ServiceNow platform.Drive the development and continuous improvement of various ServiceNow modules and topics.Lead and contribute to IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM), ensuring high-quality delivery of solutions.Drive the Knowledge Management process in ServiceNow: Design, implement, and optimize the process to align with Service Design practices, ensuring it supports ITSM processes, enhances user experience, and promotes effective knowledge sharing.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design tailored solutions, implement workflows, and integrations that enhance business processes.Provide expert support for the ServiceNow platform, advising departments on best practices for ITSM, ITOM, and Service Design.Your profile:Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science.First experiences in IT Service Management processes and methodologies.Familiar with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools, will be an advantage.Independent, analytical and structured working style, combined with a strong service and customer orientation.Confident appearance, high flexibility, as well as commitment and proactive initiative.Strong English skills and excellent communication abilities, even in an international context.Your benefits:#BeYourOwnBoss and we are going to support your individual leadership development with HUGO BOSS NewBie Learning Program,Today.
