This role combines technical expertise with hands-on fieldwork in an exciting, international context. Your responsibilities will include:Deploying, commissioning, testing, and repairing IT hardware for our timekeeping systemsInstalling and configuring IT equipment for both internal and external clientsProviding remote support during World Cups and Multisports eventsCoordinating with repair workshops and supporting technical purchasing needsManaging device configurations and rollouts via Microsoft IntuneYou may also have opportunities to travel to international events such as the Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, and World Games, providing on-site technical support when required to ensure everything runs smoothly. All tasks must align with defined IT security protocols, approved applications, and testing procedures. You’ll also help maintain the technical test environments and materials needed for deployments and diagnostics.ProfileYou have completed vocational training in IT, electronics, or a comparable technical field and have gained initial experience in a similar role or environment. You are confident working with Windows operating systems, network technologies, and ideally have experience with Microsoft Intune or similar deployment tools. Your troubleshooting skills are strong, and your approach is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented.You’ve worked with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems, and you enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
