You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, provide the highest quality customer services, and resolve IT issues in a timely manner to support agility within Moog’s business. You will also support the Operational Technology (OT) environment, and will collaborate with leaders to train, mentor, and coach more junior team members. This role may require after-hours support in the event of any emergency, critical troubleshooting, system maintenance or other issues as requested.As An IT Site Support Engineer, You WillDiagnose, research, and resolve routine end-user issues.Provide guidance and explain policies and procedures to end-users.Troubleshoot end-user PC, network, printing, and application issues.Deployment of PC equipment and accessories.Installation and support of endpoint software.Conference Room diagnosis and support.Escalation of issues to appropriate team after troubleshooting and documenting progress in the ITSM tool.Analyze, research, and troubleshoot server or network issues.Train end-users on new technology or procedures.Assist in the identification, monitoring, and replacement of end-user and infrastructure equipment.Provide diagnostic support for site-specific Operational Technology (OT) equipment, with guidance from OT specialists.Liaise with IT resolver teams to drive resolution of critical technology issues.May travel to provide on-site support within assigned region.Advise and help in implementation of technology during curriculum development.Train both end users and technicians in new technology or procedures.May provide advanced technical support for site-specific Operational Technology (OT) equipment, collaborating frequently with OT Support Specialists.Diagnose, analyze, research, and troubleshoot server or network issues.Serve as escalation POC for IT support technicians.Establish, document, and revise standard operating procedures for the team.Proactively analyze and diagnose areas of continuous improvement.Provide onsite smart hands support for Server and Network related issues.Complete detailed documentation in ticketing system; incidents and requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved.Attend in-person meetings, appointments with end users to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems.Do You Have What It Takes4-6 years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving and technical knowledge of a companies' products and servicesDisciplined, systematic problem-solving skills required.Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.Experience working in and assisting others through company service desk software, such as Bomgar in addition to other remote access desktop programs.Experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OSProfessional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients.Experience installing and configuring computer systems and applications.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field is preferred.In lieu of a degree, a combination of 9 years of experience in an IT support role and education is acceptable.Industry certifications required CompTIA A+, ITILv4 foundation.Industry certifications (preferred not required) CompTIA Net+, Dell proven professional.Salary Range (before Taxes) For This Position Is€3 000,00–€3 800,00The final offer depends on experience and competence.
