Job Description

Manage and maintain the companys mobile application, ensuring smooth performance, security, and regular updates.Monitor app functionality and address technical issues or bugs promptly to minimize downtime.Coordinate with developers and third-party partners for app improvements, feature updates, and system integration.Oversee data management within the app, including user information, analytics, and system logs, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.Provide technical support to users and internal staff regarding app usage, troubleshooting, and access issues.Conduct regular testing (UAT and QA) before app releases or updates to ensure stability and usability.Implement cybersecurity measures such as encryption, access controls, and regular backups to protect user data.Prepare documentation and reports on system performance, incidents, and app-related activities.Recommend enhancements to improve user experience, performance, and app efficiency.Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard company data.Ensure compliance with security certificates and company policy requirements.Install and update company software and hardware as needed.Monitor and report on the costs of replacing or updating IT equipment.Keep an accurate inventory of IT equipment and handle maintenance tasks.Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile app technologies and digital security practices.QualificationsBachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related field.Strong knowledge of networking, web development, and hardware support.Familiarity with Synology systems and their management.Experience with IT equipment inventory and maintenance.Experience managing and maintaining mobile applications, including troubleshooting and coordinating with developers.Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including encryption, access control, and data privacy complianceProactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
