You will join a busy internal support team that sits at the heart of the organisation, working closely with multiple departments and supporting a rapidly scaling user base. This contract suits someone who enjoys hands on work, clear structure and a workplace that values proactive problem solving.ResponsibilitiesOnsite support across macOS and WindowsJoiner and leaver workflows including device setup and access provisioningBAU troubleshooting across hardware, software, identity and permissionsSupporting AV, meeting rooms and in office technical setupsWorking with HR and People Ops to keep onboarding alignedIdentifying improvements to reduce recurring issuesKey experience neededStrong macOS and Windows supportMicrosoft 365 administration and identity managementUser lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding)Confident communicator across technical and non technical teamsFast paced support environment experienceImportant detailsUp to £250 per day, Inside IR35Central London, 4 days per week onsiteImmediate starters prioritisedInterested, or know someone who would be?
