Quality Assurance Tester

I am working with a company that is looking for a QA Tester to join their team. They are a long-established provider of agency management software, used by more than a thousand creative, digital, and marketing teams across the UK. For over two decades, they’ve focused on one key principle: delivering high-quality software that helps their clients operate smoothly and grow confidently.Role Overview They are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to help maintain the quality, stability, and performance of their platform. The ideal candidate will be analytical, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with developers, product owners, and project stakeholders.What you’ll do • Learn and apply QA methodologies to their software • Carry out functional, performance, and regression testing • Work collaboratively with developers and the QA team • Plan, script, and execute test cases • Identify, track, and report defects • Contribute to release documentation and join daily stand-upsWhat they’re looking for • 2+ years’ experience in software testing • Ability to create and execute test plans • Exceptional attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • A patient, methodical approach • Experience with agency management systems (advantageous) • ISTQB certification (advantageous)Benefits • Hybrid working • Fully funded training and certifications, including study materials and ISTQB qualifications • Team outings and social events • Free on-site parking
