Our client is a leading provider of integrated control and automation systems (lighting, climate control, audio/video control) for homes, offices, schools, hospitals and hotels.Working from a specialist part of the global Technical Support team, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to determine and resolve problems, implement the best practices and allow customers to make optimal use of products.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide support, guidance and information, both on a hardware and software levelTake ownership of technical challenges and technical projectsSupport complex implementations with Microsoft Teams & Exchange, Zoom and/or other Cloud based integrationsCommission and support Smart Camera Support systemsDetect, define and fix problemsYour ProfileVery good communication skills in English.
