What You’ll Do:Own Microsoft 365 admin tasks – user accounts, licenses, Teams & SharePoint permissions, MFA, and security.Provide first-class end-user support: laptops, desktops, Office apps, printers, and connectivity.Troubleshoot basic networking, assist with application monitoring, and collaborate with development teams.Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and SOPs – your work will be seen and valued. What We’re Looking For:Proven’ IT support experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.Familiarity with networking, Active Directory, Azure AD.Problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for learning.Bonus: SQL basics or PowerShell scripting.
