Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Madurai for an IT Support Engineer. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for addressing technical support issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and assisting in system administration tasks. The role includes providing timely help desk support, maintaining system performance, and ensuring efficient operation of IT assets within the organization.QualificationsProficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for hardware and software concernsStrong knowledge of Information Technology fundamentals and System AdministrationExperience providing Help Desk Support and working with ticketing systemsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively under minimal supervisionFamiliarity with networking concepts and basic IT security practices is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldRelevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications, are an advantage
