Bring your passion and sharpen your skills at SAMSUNG Electronics Shared Services Centre Europe!Role And ResponsibilitiesWhat is the role about?As an IT Support, you will mainly offer support for IT processes in the center, from basic to complex ones as detailed below:Installing/reinstalling/troubleshooting company laptops and devices;Providing support and training for Samsung - specific applications and toolsDiagnosing and resolving a wide variety of problems, from software to hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime.Maintaining accurate records of IT hardware and software assets, and user accounts.Ensuring a stable supply of consumable IT stock (e.g., peripherals, cables, accessories).Assisting with onboarding of new employees from an IT perspective (e.g., setting up devices and access permissions)Your skills:Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or help desk environment (internships or equivalent practical experience may also be considered)Strong knowledge of Windows PC operation and configuration.Experience with network troubleshooting and connectivity supportProactive problem-solving, analytical and communication skillsEnglish level - advancedSkills And QualificationsWhy is Samsung SSC Europe the place to be?Samsung is a global leader in technology, opening new possibilities for people everywhere.
