Our 1,500+ professionals thrive in an organization that embodies the spirit of entrepreneurship.As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations at our studio Twin Harbour office in Hamburg Based on your previous experience, you will answer incoming requests, set priorities and take initiative to automate or improve processes.You will be responsible for technical support of the Twin Harbour office but also support the global Group IT team on larger projects and security initiatives.You are reporting to the IT Manager in Hamburg and be a part of the Hamburg IT team. The role is primarily onsite.YOUR MISSIONResolve IT Support incidents and service requests, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issuesNetwork Administration - manage relationships with local vendors, perform network updates, troubleshoot, and resolve local network issuesUser lifecycle management - provisioning/deprovisioning users and computersAsset Management: maintain inventory systems, order hardware, and provide software to new joinersPerform regular access auditsAdministering a wide variety of SaaS apps; provision/modify/remove access as neededOrdering/procuring equipment, maintaining vendor relationships, and inventory management for all IT hardware and softwareParticipate in IT Team Projects & Security InitiativesAble to communicate effectively and concisely to the entire companySupporting global workforce, partnering with overseas IT teamsAnalyze existing processes, suggest and make improvements, and implement business processes where none existsYOUR BACKSTORYYou have a positive attitude and are always happy to helpBackground in IT with experience in a similar roleFamiliarity with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devicesAbility to administer Google Workspace, Slack and M365 for day-to-day operationsStrong knowledge of networking concepts (switching, firewalls, subnetting, wireless technologies, VPNs, LAN/WAN, etc.)Fluent in English.
