IT & Systems Support Executive

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT & Systems Support Executive to manage and maintain the company’s hardware infrastructure and internal systems. This role is critical to ensuring seamless IT operations, timely support for staff, and upkeep of in-house platforms including Zoho, Magento, and our FMCG system.Key Responsibilities:Hardware & Infrastructure SupportHandle end-to-end management of server hardware and networking components.Manage and configure Fortinet firewall and ensure secure network access.Set up and maintain office printers and user workstations.Provide technical support for all staff-related hardware and system issues.Perform system installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance.Software & Systems ManagementServe as the point of contact for internal system issues and user support.Maintain and update in-house systems, including:Zoho – User management, module updates, issue resolution.Magento – Product additions, content updates, issue troubleshooting.FMCG System – Daily operations support, data updates, and technical maintenance.Ensure all systems are updated regularly and function efficiently.Collaborate with various departments to ensure system alignment with operational needs.General IT AdministrationEnsure timely resolution of staff-reported IT issues.Maintain proper documentation of system updates, user issues, and resolutions.Work with external vendors or service providers when necessary.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ / Network+ / Security+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or Fortinet NSE (Network Security Expert) are advantageous.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for hardware, software, and network issues.Experience managing printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.Basic understanding of data security and backup procedures.
