Do you have a passion for IT recruitment, enjoy connecting talent with major technological challenges, and have an advanced level of English?Then this opportunity is for you!At Experis Chile, a global leader in technology solutions and tech talent — part of ManpowerGroup Chile — we are looking for an IT Talent Consultant to join our team and support the growth of our operations, working directly with our technology clients.¿Who are we looking for?Our ideal candidate:Holds a degree in Psychology, Human Resources Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Has proven experience in recruiting and selecting technology profiles such as developers, analysts, project managers, engineers, among others.Has managed full-cycle recruitment processes — from profile definition to client presentation.Possesses advanced English skills (both written and spoken) — mandatory.Is capable of maintaining smooth communication with corporate clients and internal teams.Has an autonomous, consultative profile with a strong focus on providing strategic advisory to clients.Is proficient in advanced sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS).¿What’s the challenge?Work alongside the IT Recruitment Team on searches required by our clients.Participate in client meetings together with the IT Business Development Manager to gather requirements and define technical profiles.Manage complete IT recruitment processes, ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and clients.Provide expert, personalized consulting to clients on talent attraction and retention strategies.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, promoting continuous improvement in selection processes.Working Conditions:Modality: 4 days on-site and 1 remote (Monday to Friday).Location: Las Condes, near Metro Tobalaba.Contract: Direct hire with Experis Chile.Benefits: 100% company-paid complementary health insurance.Commissions: Based on successful vacancy placements.Are you motivated to be part of this challenge in a global company focused on innovation and talent?¡We’d love to meet you!
