Job Description

Responsible for administering user endpoint devices including software installation, updating, patching and troubleshootingProvides 1st level support on IT issues reported by usersOversees the performance of 3rd Party service provider for user supportAssist in research activities related to endpoint technologiesConduct User Satisfaction Surveys (USAT). Fresh Graduates (Entry Level)Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Electronic) or any related field.Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including holidays and weekends. Open to assignment in Makati, Pasig, or BGC, Taguig.Willing to start ASAP.
