IT Training Facilitator

Job SummaryWe are hiring experienced IT Training Facilitators to deliver hands-on training in various IT domains. You will play a key role in empowering learners with practical skills and preparing them for industry certifications.Key Responsibilities– Deliver instructor-led training sessions (online and/or in-person).– Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.– Provide mentorship and support to students throughout their learning journey.– Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.– Stay current with industry trends, tools, and certifications.Qualifications– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT field.– Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+/Network+, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft, AWS, Python, Data Science).– Prior experience in teaching, training, or curriculum development.– Excellent communication and facilitation skills.Desirable Attributes– Passion for teaching and mentoring.– Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.– Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.Job Category: TrainingJob Type: Full Time Online Onsite Part TimeJob Location: Anywhere
