You will receive and analyze Dev team delivery (to accept or reject based on specific criteria), integrate the delivery following installation procedure on reference platform based in NATO facilities (Integration can be either remotely and/or in NATO facilities).Responsibilities:Understand and clarify, if needed, any requirements related to testing new features and/or bug fixCreate manual and automated tests for the ITM platformCreate / Update test cases and associated tests data in order to test the new features and/or bug fix (manual and automated)Run test cases (manual and automated) during the testing phase of each release (enhancement releases, patches…)Investigate when problems occur during the tests in order to precisely define what the problem is (a bug, a wrong installation on tests platforms, inconsistency among test data and/or test sheet…) and synchronize with FRANCE team to share information and take the relevant actions and resume the activitiesMonitor and reports on the progress of tests activities using appropriate quality assurance processes to ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with agreed standards, methods and proceduresTesting existing system processes and provide recommendations for improvementsMeeting with key stakeholders to determine business system needs and requirementsConducting and reporting on technical and business analysesAssessing new software requirements and features for compatibility with current systemsEnsuring product quality throughout the development processIntegrate/commissioning from NATO facilitiesSupport project deploymentCapacity to move for several days/weeks (depending project phases) to NATO facilitiesRequired Skills & Experience:Coding: Ansible, PowerShell, PythonCI/CD: SonarQube, Terraform, Hashicorp Vault, Ansible Tower, Jenkins, Artifactory, Artefact repository, GitlabVMware: Automation(vR/ARIA), VMWare Tanzu, VMWare DataCenter (vCF + SRM), VMWare vCloud Suite (Network Insight/Log Insight/vROperation(ARIA))InfoBlox: InfoBlox (DDI : Ipam/Dns/dhcp)HPE: HP One View + HP Store OnceBackup: Veeam or NetbackupIVQ Tools: Doors, Jira, Polarion, ConfluenceCommand line configuration of applications running under WindowsHave basic understanding of code review processes and how to debug codeKnowledge of cloud technologies (IAAS architecture)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work within a team environment and collaborate with other professionalsAbility to develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the process of software developmentCritical thinking and analysis skills to determine security risks to data, hardware, and softwareMastery in analyzing business, technical, and functional needs and requirementsStrong attention to detail to identify, record, and prioritize issues as they ariseSolid report writing skills and command of written communicationTroubleshooting and creative thinking to present viable solutions as problems ariseBehavioral skills:Values: Focus, Openness, Respect, Courage, CommitmentOptimistSelf-driverProactive, problem solverTeam playerHighly proficient in spoken and written EnglishNS clearanceVery flexible to travel (between France, Belgium, Netherland)Nice to have:Working experience in performances testing (JMeter)Command line configuration of applications running under LinuxFrenchLeadership skillsPresentation skillsAt Thales, we’re committed to fostering a workplace where respect, trust, collaboration, and passion drive everything we do.
