The Developer will collaborate on designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions tailored to meet the needs of business processes. Daily tasks include coding, debugging, maintaining databases, implementing cybersecurity measures, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality IT services.YOUR DUTIES WILL BEDeveloping, maintaining, and extending custom solutions using Vault Application Framework (VAF) in C#Working with event handlers, workflows, metadata structures, property calculators, and business rules Integrating solutions with external systems (ERP, OCR, e-Invoice providers, HR systems, SharePoint, custom APIs, etc.)Designing and implementing REST and SOAP integrations for document exchangeReading, analysing, and transforming XML/JSON data structuresWorking in a team to identify and implement optimal technical solutions for clientsImproving existing client solutions and optimizing performance, stability, and maintainabilityParticipating in troubleshooting, logs analysis, and resolving integration issuesWorking with clients from different industries such as finance, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, healthcare, etc.Writing and maintaining technical documentation for developed modules and integrationsActively communicating with clients and providing technical support when neededSKILLS THAT YOU SHOULD HAVEMinimum 2–3 years of experience in software development or IT systems integrationsStrong knowledge of C# and .NET Framework / .NETUnderstanding of object-oriented programming and event-driven architectureExperience working with REST APIs, JSON, XMLAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamPositive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving mindsetResponsibility, ownership and ability to deliver on timeProficiency in Croatian and English (written and spoken)Good understanding of version control systems (preferably Git)SKILLS THAT ARE A BIG PLUSExperience with M-Files Vault Application Framework (VAF)Experience with M-Files Admin (metadata configuration, workflows, NACL, classes, views)Experience with integrations such as OCR , einvoicing, Navision/BC, SAP, Pantheon, or similarExperience with SQL Server (reads, troubleshooting, performance basics)Experience with PowerShell automation (deployment scripts, API calls, batch automation)Understanding of good software development practices (TDD, CI/CD, logging, modular architecture)Work with cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
