该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1. Position Summary In the Global Account Promotion role you will drive business growth and project governance for one of our most critical global accounts. By integrating data analytic, RFX management, billing monitoring and strategic reporting, you will support the team hits its business targets while delivering best-in-class commercial support to the client. The position demands strong cross-functional, cross-border and cross-cultural communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. 2. Key Responsibilities 2.1 Project Performance AnalyticTrack, validate and analyse the indicators (revenue, margin...) for all line of business; and update the reports weekly.Identify variances vs. revenue/target, output improvement action plans and follow through with Sales & Operations.Maintain a single source of truth and guarantee data consistency across Finance, Sales and Operation teams. 2.2 New RFX SupportLead end-to-end RFI/RFP/RFQ response: timeline, compliance check, pricing template, proposal deck, and final packaging...etc.Coordinate inputs from Sales and Operations to ensure on-time, error-free submission.Monitor bid status, participate in strategy calls and debrief results to continuously improve win-rate. 2.3 Billing & Cash-Flow ManagementOwn the visual billing schedule: validate POs, sign off milestones, prepare invoices and upload to client portals.Track payment status, liaise between delivery sites and client procurement/finance; escalate ageing items proactively.Resolve billing exceptions and help to secure healthy cash flow. 2.4 Client Reporting & Business InsightsProduce and deliver recurring reports (project status, industry landscape, macro-economic trends) tailored for internal/external.Convert complex data into concise, strategic narratives that support client decision-making.Partner with internal teams to deepen report quality and foresight value. 任职要求: 3.1 Must HaveFluent English (written & spoken) used as primary working language;- Solid understanding of project-management life-cycle; proven experience with multinational or global account management;Quick learner of new systems/tools (e.g., Lark/Feishu, MS Teams, Salesforce);Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills; ability to analyse large data sets and craft executive-level presentations;Detail-oriented, highly responsible, excellent cross-department communication and coordination abilities;Comfortable in a high-speed, multi-tasking environment with tight deadlines. 3.2 Better to HaveBPO industry background.Prior experience in account management, project coordination or sales support functions.
