该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1. 负责团队年度计划，预算，质量保证，EHS，实验室安全，组织人员培训，管理客户满意度，设备合理维护与使用，确保带领团队完成团队年度目标； Responsible for the team's annual plan, budget, quality assurance, EHS, laboratory safety, organizing personnel training, managing customer satisfaction, maintaining and using equipment reasonably, and ensuring the team achieves its annual goals; 2. 负责不同阶段项目的分析技术和管理工作，保证项目分析进度与质量，参与分析项目报价； Overall responsible for the analysis techniques and management of projects at different stages, ensuring the progress and quality of analytical related projects, and participating in the analysis of project quotations; 3. 项目分析方法开发/确认/验证/转移方案和计划的制定和组织执行，相关的技术指导和复核，保证项目顺利开展； Develop/confirm/validate/transfer plans and strategies for analysis methods, organize and execute them, provide technical guidance and review to ensure the smooth progress of the project; 4. 快速响应实验室调查，推动调查进展，协助制定调查方案和调查文件的技术性复核，与客户沟通实验室调查内容； Quickly respond to laboratory investigations, promote investigation progress, assist in developing investigation plans and technical reviews of investigation documents, and communicate lab investigation with clients; 5. 对接客户技术参观/访问以及客户/法规机构的实验室参观和审计工作； Coordinate with clients for technical visits, as well as lab visits and audit for clients/regulatory agencies; 6. 部门内工作沟通管理，梯队人员培养，团队建设工作，重点进行实验室人员分析技能培训与提升； Internal communication management within the department, training of team members, team building work, with a focus on training and improving laboratory personnel's analytical skills; 任职要求： 1. 硕士/博士学历，至少5年分析相关经验，有团队管理经验者优先； Masters/doctors degree, minimum 5 years of relevant analytical experience, and experience in team management is highly desirable; 2. 有扎实的分析专业知识，具有较强的cGMP法规和数据完整性意识并且对法规更新有敏捷的感知识别能力； Solid analytical technical, strong sensitivity and recognition of cGMP regulations; 有国际制药公司工作经验和/或在国外工作经验者优先； Previous experience with international pharmaceutical company and/or working abroad desirable; 有良好的组织沟通和协调管理能力，以及团队合作意识和大局观念； Have good organizational communication and coordination management skills, as well as a sense of teamwork and overall perspective view; 5. 良好的英语书写与口语交流能力。 Fluent in written and spoken English.
