该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、制定公司整体陈列规划、策略和调整方案； 2、制定和优化陈列标准管理制度与考核体系，并制作陈列指引手册； 3、组织陈列专业知识培训，提升零售管理者、店长及陈列师的陈列水平； 4、与企划、运营等部门共同制定重点推广、促销主题及陈列策略； 5、负责陈列团队的日常管理、绩效评估、人员发展规划。 任职要求： 1、5年以上零售行业陈列经验，有便利系统/快消行业经验者优先； 2、具备空间布局技巧、陈列美学功底； 3、熟悉陈列管理体系，团队管理能力强。
