Lead hiring from job description development through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Talent Sourcing: Build diverse pipelines for technical roles (engineers, product managers) and business positions (sales, business development). Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and create tailored search strategies. Candidate Experience: Deliver clear, timely communication and a high-touch process that reflects company values. Employer Branding: Support outreach efforts, recruitment marketing, and diversity initiatives. Data-Driven Hiring: Maintain accurate records in the ATS, track recruiting metrics, and share insights with leadership. Operational Support: Coordinate interview logistics, prepare panels, and facilitate debriefs and decision-making sessions.
Market Awareness: Stay informed on SaaS, GovCon, and technology recruiting trends to bring forward best practices. RequirementsExperience: 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting, with proven success hiring both technical and sales talent within SaaS, tech, or high-growth environments. Technical & Business Acumen: Strong understanding of software development roles, product methodologies, and sales/business development functions. Tools & Systems: Proficiency with modern sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems (e. g. , Greenhouse, Lever, Workable). Communication Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities with strong negotiation and closing skills.
