(JASM) is a subsidiary established in Kumamoto Prefecture. TSMC is a majority shareholder of JASM, whereas Sony Semiconductor Solutions Corporation, Denso Corporation, and Toyota Motor Corporation are minority shareholders. JASM is TSMC's first manufacturing facility in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. It was established to meet the strong global demand for semiconductors. Responsible for planning and directing Fab activities related to product manufacturing and full automation environments in a semiconductor Fab.2. Control the production schedule, delivery date and output, and increase production capacity to reduce costs.3. Regularly supervise the work of personnel, provide opinions and conduct performance assessments.業務内容（雇入れ時）1. プロセスインテグレーションチームおよびモジュールエンジニアリングと協働し、フルオートメーションシステムによる高品質ウェハーの生産2. 顧客の要求を満たすためにファブの産能を最大化するために効果的に計画し、生産目標を達成するためにファブを推進する力として行動する3. 部下が自分の仕事内容と目標を理解できるように、責任を明確にする（変更の範囲）会社の定める業務/全ての業務への配置転換ありResponsibilities（Immediately after hiring)1. Work with the process integration team and module engineering to produce high quality wafers through full automation systems.2. Effectively plan Fab capacity to maximize the Fab capabilities to meet customer requirements and act as a driving force of the Fab to meet production goals.3.
