The Controller will lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, inventory control, cost accounting, and cash flow management for a manufacturing and retail organization. This role requires strong experience in manufacturing finance, ERP systems, and regulatory compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee financial reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance and timely monthly/annual closings. Manage standard costing, manufacturing variance analysis, and inventory valuation (raw materials, WIP, finished goods). Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives. Monitor cash flow and working capital; oversee AP/AR. Ensure ERP accuracy for production and financial data. Supervise and develop a high-performing finance team.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred). 6+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ in a leadership role. A background in manufacturing or retail is required. Strong skills in cost accounting, ERP systems, and financial modeling. Accounting Manager
