Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Singapore. The role entails providing support for Consultants and Contractors, working on CAD/BIM projects within the realms of Architecture, MEP, and Structure services. Daily tasks include collaborating with team members to develop project blueprints, revising and updating design plans, and ensuring that all design work adheres to industry standards and project specifications. Qualifications Proficiency in CAD/BIM software and associated technical skillsStrong understanding of Architecture, MEP, and Structural design principlesExcellent collaboration and communication skillsAttention to detail and ability to work within strict project deadlinesBachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fieldPrevious experience in a similar role is highly advantageousCommitment to continuous professional development
