Ensures expenses stay within budgetMonitors progress and verifies corrective action has been initiated when necessary Participates in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans and product development plansResolves difficult problems and customer complaintsRequirementsUniversity/Bachelors Degree and above12+ years industry working experiences and sales management experiencesAbility to respond well under pressure and manage stress Can effectively cope with change and ambiguity as business needs shift, demonstrating flexibility Ability to multi-task in an environment of competing prioritiesExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) and experienced in communicating with all levels throughout an organization Strong influence, facilitation and problem solving skillsDemonstrated strong planning and organizational skills
