We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Joinery Manager to oversee and lead our joinery production and site installation teams, ensuring all projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction and Workshop Management:Oversee the day-to-day operations of the joinery workshop, managing production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.Ensure all joinery items (furniture, cabinetry, doors, wall panels, etc.) are manufactured in strict accordance with approved shop drawings, design specifications, and quality standards.Implement and enforce quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process, from raw material inspection to final product finishing.Technical and Design Coordination:Collaborate closely with the Design, Project Management, and Technical teams to interpret 2D/3D design drawings and provide expert technical guidance on joinery solutions, materials, and constructability.Review and approve shop drawings, cutting lists, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.Site Management and Installation:Manage the logistics, delivery, and installation of joinery works on-site, coordinating with the Project Managers and Site Engineers.Oversee site teams (carpenters, installers) to ensure efficient, safe, and quality installation that meets project timelines.Proactively identify and resolve technical, design, and site-related issues during execution.Team and Resource Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of joiners, supervisors, and craftsmen to foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and safety.Manage material procurement and inventory, ensuring timely supply and cost-effective utilization of resources.HSE and Compliance:Ensure strict compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company policies within the workshop and on site.Required Qualifications and ExperienceExperience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on managerial experience in the UAE's interior fit-out and joinery industry is mandatory.Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of joinery production processes, woodworking machinery, materials, finishes, and installation methodologies for high-end projects.Technical Skills: Proficiency in interpreting architectural and technical drawings. Working knowledge of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) is preferred.Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical field is preferred.Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple teams and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.UAE Essentials: Must be currently residing in the UAE and possess a valid UAE Driving License.Compensation and BenefitsSalary: Starting from AED 8,000+ per month, commensurate with experience and technical expertise.Benefits: To be discussed during the interview process (may include standard UAE benefits such as annual leave, medical insurance, etc.).Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
