OverviewThe Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing and communication activities to enhance brand visibility, strengthen online presence, and support business growth. This role oversees digital campaigns, content creation, social media management, and PR coordination while working closely with internal teams and external agencies. The Specialist ensures that all digital initiatives align with brand objectives, deliver measurable results, and contribute to effective go-to-market strategies. Strong communication, creativity, and hands-on experience in e-commerce, PR, and digital brand development are essential for success in this position. Key Competencies (Technical & Behavioral)Digital Campaign Management – Ability to plan, optimize, and analyze multi-channel campaigns.Content Strategy & Execution – Skilled in crafting impactful digital content aligned with brand goals.PR & Media Coordination – Experience managing communication, press relations, and media visibility.Stakeholder & Agency Management – Effective in working with internal teams and external partners.Brand & E-Commerce Performance – Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior and online sales drivers.Experience5+ years of digital marketing experience in the UAE (preferred).Proven experience in e-commerce, PR, media communications, and brand development.Strong track record in running digital campaigns and managing social media platforms.Experience coordinating with external agencies, influencers, and media partners.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.SkillsProficiency in digital tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, CMS platforms.Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, CRM, and performance tracking.
