JOB PURPOSEWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Brand & Content to lead our in-house Creative and Content Department. This senior leader will be responsible for shaping the brand’s creative direction, driving integrated marketing campaigns, and producing world-class content formats — from brand films and commercials to documentaries, podcasts, and live shows.The role requires a unique blend of creative excellence, production leadership, and team management, with proven experience in both advertising and content development. The Head of Brand & Content will act as Executive Producer of our flagship content projects, while also ensuring the production of high-quality creative assets (static, animated, video) to support marketing and brand-building campaigns.You will lead a diverse team of graphic designers, art directors, content specialists, content producers, and social media managers, setting the vision, raising the creative bar, and ensuring flawless execution across all brand and content initiatives.KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESFunctional Role:Creative & Brand LeadershipDefine and lead the brand’s creative vision across all touchpoints.Oversee ideation and production of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.Drive creative excellence across static, animated, and video assets, ensuring world-class quality.Ensure brand consistency across all communications, platforms, and content.Content Production & Executive ProducingAct as Content Executive Producer for flagship productions: documentaries, live shows, podcasts, and brand films.Oversee end-to-end content production (concept, scripting, production, post-production, distribution).Collaborate with external production partners, agencies, and media companies to deliver high-impact shows.Develop a pipeline of original content formats and shows, experimenting with new creative approaches.Partner with PR to build unique stories about UAE entrepreneurs, businesses, and leaders, leveraging journalistic best practices to ensure credibility and impact.Team Leadership & People ManagementLead, inspire, and grow a multidisciplinary creative and content team (design, art direction, production, social media).Provide mentorship, creative direction, and performance management to ensure continuous team development.Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.Manage workflows, budgets, and resourcing for efficient and effective campaign delivery.Collaboration & IntegrationPartner closely with PR, Product Marketing, Business and HR teams to align content and creative output with strategic priorities.Collaborate with executives to translate vision and impact into compelling creative stories.Ensure integration of brand campaigns and content storytelling into broader marketing and communications plans.COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSBehavioral Competencies Leadership and people managementCommunication and InfluenceStrategic ThinkingCreativity and InnovationFocus on resultsTechnical CompetenciesCreative Strategy & DesignMultimedia storytellingCopywritingCreative Production suite incl.
