Joinery production manager

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Joinery Production Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Joinery Production Manager will oversee the production processes of the joinery workshop, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities include managing a skilled team, preparing production schedules, sourcing materials, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and coordinating with designers and project managers to ensure seamless delivery of joinery elements for high-end interior projects.QualificationsStrong expertise in workshop operations, production planning, and material sourcingProficient in advanced joinery techniques, finishing, and understanding technical drawingsProven leadership skills, team management, and ability to train and develop workshop staffExperience in quality control to ensure high standards in production outputsAbility to collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers effectivelyHands-on experience with tools, machinery, and technologies used in joinery productionKnowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to a joinery environmentBachelor’s degree or diploma in woodworking, interior design, or a related technical disciplinePrevious experience in joinery production management, preferably in high-end projectsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilitiesFamiliarity with the Middle Eastern market and industry trends is an advantageExcellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
