Job Description

IT Support:Provide day-to-day technical support to all departments (hardware, software, network).Troubleshoot PCs, printers, scanners, LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and attendance devices.Maintain ERP user accounts and coordinate with software vendors for system issues.Ensure data backup, antivirus update, and basic cybersecurity practices.Support digital systems used for production, HR, and compliance.Payroll & HRIS:Collect, verify, and prepare attendance, OT, leaves, LOP, and shift data from the HRIS/attendance machines.Generate monthly payroll reports accurately and within deadlines.Assist in preparing salary disbursement sheets, bank advice, and statutory calculations.Maintain employee personal files and HR database in the system.Support internal/external audits with required payroll and attendance documents.Documentation & Compliance:Prepare HR and IT-related documentation as required for audits (BSCI, SEDEX, HIGG, Accord/Alliance, etc.).Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and employee records.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in CSE/IT/BBA/Management (any relevant discipline).1–3 years of experience in IT support and payroll management in the RMG sector (preferred).Strong knowledge of attendance machines, payroll software, and ERP.Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas).Strong analytical ability, honesty, and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and meet payroll deadlines.Salary: Negotiable Benefits: As per company policy (festival bonus, attendance benefit, leave, etc.)Application Procedure: Interested candidates are requested to send their CV to [amanullah@sanapparels.com] by [23-11-2025].
