Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Proprietor, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Proprietor will oversee the daily operations of the agency, manage finances, develop and maintain strong client relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include planning and organizing travel services, managing a team of professionals, handling strategic business development, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies. Qualifications Strong leadership, management, and organizational skillsBusiness development, client relationship management, and excellent networking abilitiesKnowledge of travel packages, destinations, booking systems, and international tourism trendsProficiency in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planningExceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skillsProven experience in the travel and tourism industry or a related fieldAbility to communicate fluently in Bangla and EnglishFamiliarity with travel-related technology and software is an asset
