This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge, consumer-facing web applications in the education technology space. You’ll have end-to-end ownership of features — from design to deployment — and help shape our engineering practices, product design, and technology decisions.If you’re a self-starter who enjoys solving complex problems, loves clean design, and wants to make a real impact in education, we’d love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy scalable web applications and APIs.Work across the full stack — from database to UI — taking complete ownership of features.Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.Contribute to architectural discussions and help refine our engineering standards.Continuously learn, evaluate, and introduce new tools and technologies to enhance product performance.RequirementsMinimum 1+ years of experience building consumer-facing web applications.Strong interest in full-stack development and building features end-to-end.Hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks such as React.js.Understanding of backend technologies like Node.js and frameworks like Sails.js (or similar).Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases (PostgreSQL, Redis), and message brokers (RabbitMQ) preferred.Exposure to Kubernetes, ElasticSearch, or cloud-based deployments is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for design.Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment.Passionate about education technology and improving student success.Tech Stack You’ll Work WithFrontend: React.js, Redux, Redux-SagaBackend: Node.js, Sails.jsInfrastructure: Kubernetes, Postgres, ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQPlus: Flexibility to experiment with new tools and frameworks as we evolve our stack
