To help us do that, we need people who feel the same way; people with the desire to play their part in making the world a safer place.To support our strong growth we have a great opportunity for an enthusiasticJunior HR Business PartnerRole ContextThe role of the Junior HR Business Partner will focus on all areas of HR and support the senior HR Business partners in providing effective and professional advice to stakeholders to achieve business objectives while effectively representing the people group as a value adding function.ResponsibilitiesProvide practical contribution to HR policies & projects with a local approach. Find the right balance between JC’s (global) HR goals and policies, and the local requirements.Providing expert, up to date advice and guidance in relation to policies and procedures in regards to (but not limited to) recruitment & retention, training & development, comp & ben, performance management, absence management parental leave, flexible working, grievances, disciplinaries and capability.Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes for efficiency and accuracy.Ensure good cooperation with line managers, Local Work Council, HR Operation, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, etc.Participate in the implementation of strategic HR projects and consult with business unit in obtaining feedback & resultsChampioning performance management process and initiatives. Coach, influence, and encourage managers to provide clear goals and objectives, feedback and development. Support management to take appropriate steps to address performance issuesDelivering accurate management information to shape business decisions, focusing on key metrics including recruitment, attrition, employee relations, absenceInitiating and driving continuous improvement within the People teamSharing knowledge and experience with the people team to help shape best practice, a consistent approach and ensure business goals are metYou'll HaveExperience as an HR business partner for at least 2 years, preferably in an international (matrix) organization.Experience with “digitalizing HR” and (preferably) Workday driven HR processes. Understand that data driven reporting and attention for employees, must go hand in hand.High level of ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal customers and HR teamsDemonstrate experience in working in a fast growing, dynamic environment and managing changeResult driven, with a ‘can do’ attitude and resilienceGood delivery management and strong organizational skills - can effectively manage high volume and conflicting priorities, whilst comfortable to work on own initiative and independently to deliver against goals and ensure work is completed on time and effectivelyExcellent English and Dutch communication skills (Speaking and writing)What We OfferWe offer you a 12 months fixed term contract with a competitive salary based on your work experience and knowledge level.Interested to make the next step in your career ?Contact us now !
