Role Description This full-time, on-site role based in Paramaribo, Suriname, requires a Jr. IT Technician to assist in maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting IT infrastructure. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, providing support for IT systems, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping train end-users to utilize technology solutions effectively. This role involves hands-on technical work to ensure seamless operational support. Qualifications Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related technical issuesExperience in providing technical support and dedication to excellent customer serviceKnowledge of information technology systems and their applicationsAbility to train users on technology systems and tools effectivelyGood communication and problem-solving skillsA strong team-oriented mindset and ability to work independently when neededFamiliarity with hardware, networking, and software systems preferredCertificate or diploma in Information Technology or a related field is advantageous
