Khaled Group of Companies is looking for Jr. Officer (Store)Key PointsKhaled Group is a business conglomerate in Bangladesh, which has grown organically and built a diverse portfolio of 20+ companies supported by 10000+ employees & has the presence in Poultry Feed, Animal Nutrition, DOC, Agriculture & other industries.Job Summary:Nourish Poultry and Hatchery Ltd. is seeking a motivated Store Officer to manage material receiving, storage, and inventory control at construction and layer farm sites. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring timely material availability, and supporting smooth store operations in line with company procedures.Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, verifying quality and quantity against purchase orders.Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing construction and layer farm materials and equipment.Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using stock registers, spreadsheets, or inventory software.Organize and store materials properly, ensuring labeling, safety, and adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles.Issue materials to relevant departments or sites based on approved requisitions and record all stock transactions.Coordinate with procurement and site teams to ensure timely material supply and prevent stock shortages.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and share with management.Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy.Report damaged, expired, or missing items to the supervisor promptly.Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety standards in the store area.Support continuous improvement of store management practices.Educational RequirementsBachelor degree in any disciplineBachelor’s degree in any disciplineSkills Required: Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Good communications Skill, Problem solving and analytical skill, Reporting SkillsExperience Requirements1 to 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG),IT Enabled Service,ISP,Garments,Buying House,Travel Agent,Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Real Estate,Group of Companies,Fast Food ShopAdditional RequirementsA diploma or training in Store Management/Inventory Control will be an added advantage.Knowledge of basic safety rules and storage practices.Good understanding of documentation and record maintenance.
