We are looking for a dynamic, honest, and result-oriented professional to join our SCM Dept.Job Description / ResponsibilityPlan, coordinate, and monitor procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials.Prepare and issue purchase orders, collect quotations, and evaluate suppliers/vendors based on price, quality, and service.Check requisition and requisition reconciliation with projects and central store.Market Survey, analysis, feasibility study and prepare CS.Maintain liaison with vendors, contractors, and project sites to ensure smooth supply operations.Ensure credit limit, discount and facilities.Maintain proper documentation and records of purchases, stock, and deliveries.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in procurement and inventory management.Assist in vendor development and performance evaluation.Monitor market trends and prepare comparative reports for management decision-making.Support internal departments (e.g., Construction, BOQ, Accounts, and Store) to ensure uninterrupted project operations.Perform in Supply Chain module in ERP.Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the department head or management.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsDiploma in Engineering in Civil EngineeringPost Graduation Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.Skills Required: result oriented, Honesty and Sincerity, Strong analytical and communication skills, Quick learner and hard working, Should have capability to work under pressure, Good Knowledge in MS Office and G SuiteExperience Requirements3 to 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, DeveloperAdditional RequirementsSound knowledge of procurement procedures and vendor management.Job LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
