Fresh Pack Industries Limited is looking for Sr. Officer (Store)Job Description / ResponsibilityPrepare monthly requirement of specific itemsVerify weekly/ monthly stock of raw materials and report on the slow moving itemsPrepare monthly materials receive & Issue reportTrack returnable/Non-moving items and take necessary action as guided by the management.Coordinate with procurement, production and sales team to ensure a smooth supply of Finished goods and Procurement of Raw MaterialsEducational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMaster of Commerce (MCom)Skills Required: Inventory Management, Store ManagementExperience RequirementsAt least 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Packaging IndustryAdditional requirements:Must have good knowledge & experience with Tally SoftwareStrong leadership and people management skillGood working knowledge and efficiency in MS Word, Excel, ERP system.Ability to face internal audit time to timeShould be sound knowledge in store keeping i.e. FIFO & LIFO method.Ability to maintain store records, all vouchers, delivery challans and invoice records for store and distribution activitiesExperience:Minimum 7 years’ experience in store managementCandidates having experience in Flexible Printing and Packaging, Garments, or Factory operations will be preferred.Job LocationDhaka (Savar)
