Job Description

RoleAssistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Legal & MIS. Job Description/ Key Result Areas Registration of Trademarks, Opposition for Trademarks, maintain and regularly update the trademark portfolio database, tracking similar corporate names and appear before Regional Director for opposing similar corporate names. Drafting & vetting of all types of agreements including transaction documents, share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, sale agreements, supply agreements, trademarks license agreements and service agreements, suggesting ways for minimization of risks. Handling of civil matters and arbitration proceedings. Develop and periodically update Management Information Systems (MIS) for legal and compliance activities.

Review and finalize financing documents including Term Sheets, Facility Agreements, Loan Agreements, Deeds of Hypothecation, Mortgage Deeds, Pledge Agreements, Security Trustee Agreements and other Financing Documents. Consolidate internal and external comments, lead negotiations, and coordinate execution of finalized documents. Provide legal support to the finance team for raising loans, issuing/redemption of debentures for listed/unlisted group companies, assist in promoter funding and project financing and ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws and legal covenants stated in transaction documents. Educational Background And Work ExperienceLL. B. with 3-5 years of relevant legal experience.
