About The JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive - Front Office (National Talent) to join Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Deliver professional and personalized guest service while supporting daily Front Office operationsProvide professional administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Organize and manage filing systems, including contracts and confidential records.
Maintain and update departmental databases and digital platforms with accurate, timely information. Coordinate front office needs, including stationery, equipment maintenance, and guest amenities. Monitor purchase requests, track inventory, and coordinate supply needs. Support team coordination, internal communication, and positive guest or stakeholder interactions. About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: UAE National as per government requirements. 2 years in a similar role at a 5-star hotel; guest-facing department experience is an advantage. Diploma in Hotel Operations or Hotel Management. Fluent in English, both oral and written. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
