The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Lead service delivery for private dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Oversee seamless event execution, from setup to guest departure, anticipating needs. Collaborate proactively with culinary and events teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Uphold impeccable service standards and operational efficiency in all private dining areas. Serve as a dedicated guest liaison, promptly addressing needs to guarantee satisfactionAbout YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
