Junior Account Executive – KSA📍 Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | 💼 SaaS Sales | BPM / EAM SoftwareAbout the RoleWe are looking for a driven Junior Account Executive to join our rapidly growing team in Riyadh and support new business development across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.This position is ideal for someone at the early stages of their sales career with experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), or enterprise SaaS. You’ll work closely with senior sales leadership to build relationships with customers, handle inbound interest, and help organizations advance their digital transformation agendas in line with Vision 2030.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify new business opportunities across the Saudi marketConduct discovery calls, demos, and initial customer meetings to understand business pain pointsSupport the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through proposal developmentCollaborate with marketing to execute regional campaigns and follow up on lead activityMaintain accurate CRM and pipeline records and contribute to sales forecastingBuild strong product expertise to effectively position and sell our BPM and EAM solutionsWhat We’re Looking For1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business developmentExposure to BPM, EAM, or business process softwareStrong communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantageA proactive, ambitious mindset with a customer-first approachComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentWhat’s on OfferA clear pathway to progress into a full Account Executive roleCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusHybrid working model and a modern Riyadh officeThe opportunity to join a collaborative, international team with strong growth plans in KSA
