At Optiply, we believe the foundation of sales success lies in mastering the art of prospecting and deeply understanding our products and customers. That’s why we’re looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic and ambitious team.This Is What You'll Be DoingIn your first 6-12 months:Learn the Basics of Sales and Product Knowledge: Dive deep into understanding Optiply’s software, its features, and the value it brings to customers.Master Prospecting: Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients by researching and identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).Hone Your Outreach Skills: Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers and spark interest in Optiply.Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and understand how sales cycles unfold.Track and Optimize: Use CRM tools to log activities, analyze data, and optimize approaches to deliver measurable results.After successfully demonstrating your capabilities in this phase:Transition to an Account Executive Role: Take on the responsibility of managing your own sales pipeline, conducting product demos, and closing deals with potential clients.This Is Who We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in a sales roleYou thrive on making impactful first connections and uncovering opportunities.Resilient and persistent, with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Comfortable with cold outreach and excited to engage with potential clients.Fluent in English and Dutch (mandatory).Knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous.This It What We OfferGood salary with a nice bonus structure; Free lunch at the office;Training opportunities;Hybrid work;Flexible Schedule;Proactive Career Management;Up to 1 month "work from anywhere"Bike Plan;Annual gathering;Thematic days (Dinner/Karts/Boat trip etc);Friday Drink;An awesome team so you always come home with a smile.This Job Description made your day?
