Junior Account Executive

Job Opportunity: Junior Accounts Executive (Mandarin Speakers) – Fresh Graduates Welcome!Location: Millerz Square, Old Klang RoadSalary: RM3,000 – RM3,300About the Role:We are seeking a motivated Junior Accounts Executive to support our finance team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle full set of accounts, including cash flow projection and management reporting.Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) functions.Oversee daily collections, treasury, and banking activities to ensure accurate and timely transactions.Maintain and reconcile petty cash and process employee expense claims.Support inventory monitoring, sales order processing, purchasing activities, and budget control.Prepare accounting schedules and assist with month-end closing activities.Assist in ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by management.Requirements:Degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task effectively.Proactive, committed, and eager to learn, with minimal supervision.Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).Immediate joiner or 1-month notice period preferred.
