This role provides exposure to a wide range of accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable, vendor management, and intercompany accounting. It is ideal for someone looking to grow their technical skills and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of finance.Key ResponsibilityMaintain up-to-date and accurate financial records while supporting day-to-day bookkeeping activitiesProcess accounts payable invoices and perform regular AP reconciliations against vendor statementsAssist with month-end closing tasks, including preparing journal entries and completing various reconciliationsContribute to general ledger upkeep by ensuring correct account coding and posting accuracyPrepare basic tax, statutory, and compliance-related documentation as requiredEnsure all financial activities adhere to relevant accounting standards and internal controlsProvide support to Finance Manager on ongoing tasks, reporting, and project-based workAbout YouDegree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (or currently completing)Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping workflowsStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skillsWillingness to learn new systems; experience with Xero is an advantageStrong communication skills when dealing with internal teams and external vendorsProficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systemsWhat We OfferMentorship from Finance Manager and broad exposure across financeOpportunities for career growth into accounting, AP/AR, analysis, or reportingFriendly, collaborative work environmentCompetitive salary and professional development supportPlease send your CV and cover letter to application linkOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
