You’ll take ownership of either the full AP or AR function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.What’s in it for you?$50 per hour + super (weekly pay!)On-site parking available Be part of a growing business with a strong team culture.Work in a supportive office environment where collaboration is key.Exposure to large-scale operations and complex processes.Opportunity to learn and grow with modern systems and processes.Enjoy a fast-paced environment where your expertise is truly valued.Long-term career development with scope to take on additional responsibilities over time.About The RoleGreat office located in the Woolloongabba areaInitially starting as a 3-month temporary opportunity with possibility to transition to permanent.Monday – Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM.ASAP Starting Monday 24th November.Full-function Accounts Payable & Receivable, including end-to-end invoice processing.Matching, batching, and coding of invoices accurately and efficiently.Prepare and process supplier payments in line with company policies.Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.Assist with month-end processes and reporting.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls.Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries.About YouProven experience in accounts payable within a high-volume environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and coding.Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.Tech-savvy with experience in accounting systems and Excel.A team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys problem-solving.Excellent communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders.Who are we, and what's next?We're Talentpath - nice to meet you.
