This role requires strong organizational skills and effective communication to maintain office efficiency and provide a positive experience for visitors and employees.Please note all resumes (CVs) must be submitted in English.Skills and Requirements:High School Diploma (Bachillerato) – minimum requirementDiploma (Diplomada) or higher in Business Administration, Office Administration or equivalent will be beneficial2+ years’ experience in a similar administrative roleHR experience would be beneficialProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in workAbility to handle confidential information with discretion.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent writing & communication Skills (English)Outstanding organizational and time management skillsDriver’s license and own transportResponsibilities:Assist with travel arrangements for employees when needed.Assist in tracking and managing asset inventoriesControl door access and maintain a secure environment.Maintaining Attendance RegisterWelcome individuals arriving for interviews and assist with CV printing.Monitor and determine future consumable quantities for office supplies.Run errands for the collection or delivery of office supplies, legal and banking documents.Update office procedures, including kitchen and internal protocols.Handle ad-hoc office administrative tasks as required.Collaborate with the Marketing Team, HR Team and IT Team on various administrative tasks and projects as needed. This may include but not limited to Open Days, University engagement, Wellness initiatives, Recruitment and Onboarding.The above list of duties and responsibilities is not exhaustive.
